Golden HoursA voice born from
quiet places
Raised on the misty shores of the Pacific Northwest, Elena Voss grew up listening to her mother's old vinyl records — Joni Mitchell, Carole King, Nick Drake — while writing poems in the margins of textbooks. Music wasn't a career choice, it was the only honest way she knew how to speak.
Her songwriting draws from the textures of everyday intimacy: rain on windows, long drives in silence, the way light falls differently after grief. Influenced by indie folk, chamber pop, and classic singer-songwriters, Elena creates music that feels both timeless and urgent.
"I write to understand the things I can't explain —
and hope someone else feels less alone for hearing it."
Since the release of her debut EP Still Life in 2023, Elena has performed at intimate venues and major festivals across North America, building a loyal audience drawn to her unhurried honesty and stunning live presence.

What People Are Saying
★★★★★
A remarkable debut from an artist who writes with the clarity and courage of someone twice her age. Golden Hours is the album of the year.
— Pitchfork
★★★★★
Voss possesses a rare gift: the ability to make an arena feel like a living room, and a whispered lyric feel like it was written just for you.
— Rolling Stone
★★★★☆
Raw, luminous, and completely her own. Elena Voss is not a voice of her generation — she is a voice beyond it.
